fate of passengers in flight of British Airways -BA 0146
Greetings! I was to travel by British Airways flight BA -0146 from
Kolkata - India to London on 2nd of March 2008. Unfortunately plane could not land in Kolkata due to fog. Plane landed at Dacca- capital of Bangladesh. The flight was canceled. A new plane brought us to London later on. What happened to the original passengers who were supposed to land in Kolkata? How did the passengers came back to Kolkata? As usual BA do not give any informations about that. Does any one know what happened to those passengers? With thanks.

They settled down in Dhaka, married Bangladeshis, and are well on their way to having families... Okay, okay. The normal procedure is to fly them to Kolkata as soon as is feasible. I imagine that's what BA did.

With thanks.\\ BA would have routed the Kolkata (Calcutta) passengers to their destination on another flight (probably on another airline).
