Vacation Rental Discussion Group

There doesn't seem to be a specific spot for this topic in the
newsgroups and I thought some of you might be interested in the
vacation rental group in Yahoo groups. It seems to have come alive in
the last couple of months and it's open to vacation home owners and
vacationers alike, though there seems to be more of the former. Here

Below is the description on the group's homepage.

Topics include: deposit policies, leases, cancellations, Paypal vs.
credit card, Room and Sales Tax, early check-out, keeping renters
happy, calendars, guestbooks, and much more.

This group is also a forum for positive or negative feedback on
renters. Had a 'Renter from Hell' ? Warn others here.

Rented a property that was, shall we say, less than optimum? Post your
complaint here.

Open to all involved or interested in vacation rentals.
