There are lots of Airports which have a railway station or Metro Station.
LHR, LGW, NCL, MAN, BRU, ZRH, AMS and GVA come readily to mind. The only
ones I can think of in the USA are DCA, BWI and PHL. EWR claims that it is
connected to a railway system but isn't.

Both O'Hare & Midway are connected to the L.

Should you use the mailblocks package and expect a response from me,
you should preauthorize the dissensoftware.com domain.

I very rarely bother responding to challenge/response systems,
especially those from irresponsible companies.

"Any number under six"

The answer given by Englishman Richard Peeke when asked by the Duke of
Medina Sidonia how many Spanish sword and buckler men he could beat
single handed with a quarterstaff.

In the meantime, a shuttle bus makes the short journey to the
next Sound Transit Link light rail station in Tukwila.

FRA, SXF, CDG, HAM, NUE...

BOS (connected via shuttle bus), OAK (connected via shuttle bus),
EWR (connected via EWR's AirTrain), SFO (connected via SFO's AirTrain),
PDX, ORD, ATL... and SEA will be in December 2009.

If I counted correctly, there are 9 airports in the UK where you can "walk"
from the station to the airport and at least a further 4 where there is a
dedidicated bus conection.

When you consider that the UK does these things badly there is probably in
excess of 50 airports in Europe with stations, so I can't understand the
OP's scepticism

I thought the same!
