Registration required. What's it say in so many words? Was this a
commercial cruise or Navy?

Naughty sailors? Who'd a thunk it?

It was on the Carnival Glory over spring break and it said that the
Naval Academy was looking into accusations of lewd behavior and
excessive drinking by midshipmen on a Caribbean cruise this month.

The misconduct, involving 8 to 10 midshipme, over spring break, for
about a week beginning on March 10.
A female passenger, sent an email complaining that she and other women
were groped by the midshipmen on the cruise, and that some of the
midshipmen offered alcohol to minors.
Another passenger said they observed the midshipmen “being very loose
with their hands when talking with the ladies,” and that one walked
around in a Speedo bathing suit, a cowboy hat and boots.

Hmmm ... sounds like typical Spring Break activities on Carnival!
