"Because of financial troubles in Greece, there has been a cut in
medical personnel, which has lead to exhaustion and fatigue for
doctors.

They’ve been pejoratively dubbed the “PIGS” of Europe: Portugal,
Italy, Greece and Spain. Their financial indebtedness has necessitated
bailouts from the European Union and other international institutions,
and as they scramble to sort out their wrecked economies, health care
is starting to feel the pinch.

Greece has perhaps been the hardest hit....."

All countries , including the United States are in deep ****, When
you over spend for warfare, to spread your own system abroad, then you
have to pay the piper. Greece may have to cut back on medical but we
are going to have to cut back on defense and manufacturing weapons of
mass destruction, because our people can not eat bullets.
