Default from atlanta to north carolina or TN w/o driving

Hello,
Wanted to visit the smokies region of NC
or TN (foliage),
but don't want to drive the highways
to get there.

I know there are Greyhound buses though they
don't go directly there.

Has anyone ever used any bus tour company
or any other means to get to these places
out of atlanta?

Thanks for any info!!
