Default Halifax Airport to reopen this morning

A Halifax (canada) airport official confirmed a short while ago that the
airport should re-open at about 07:30 this morning, however, because many
flights were cancelled yesterday, there would be significant delays because
aircraft that would normally overnight at YHZ were not there.

The city of Halifax is still under a state of emergency and everyone (except
emergency workers) asked to stay at home. They are using snowplows to clear
the main arteries of debris/branches. Massive power outages as well as
significant telephone outages.
