Coupons to Reward Good Service
Does Continental have an equivalent to AA "You're Something Special"
program? This program allowed VFF's to reward good service with coupons that gate agents and flight attendants could use for various rewards. In the good ole days, four of those coupons could get them a free ticket for their family. If you carefully waved a few of those coupons you could get just about anything done you needed. Does anyone know if Continental has anything similar? |
