Hi

Having just re-read "Lord of the Rings" in anticipation of the latest
film, I am afraid that "Middle Earth" has lost it's appeal for me.

For starters, Just after the Barrow Downs, Tom Bombadil persuades the
hobbits (small child-like figures of course) to remove all their
clothes and dance naked on the grass. Hmm!!! suspicious or what???

Later in Rivendell, Bilbo is wondering about a suitable ending to his
history of Middle Earth and suggests; quote:- "and they all settled
down and lived together happily ever after." ALL of them, living
TOGETHER??? I always thought there was something suspicious about the
way Frodo and Sam are always holding hands. I can well imagine the
headlines;- "Nine in a bed gay sex romps in Rivendell."

And to cap it all, I have realized that Gandalf speaks just like Frank
Bruno the boxer - innit. Entering the Mines of Moria Gandalf actually
says, "We had better halt here for the night - know what I mean?"

Nah!! Keep your Middle Earth tours, thank you.

Regards
KGB
