Hi Ed,
sorry for the late reply. the most economical way to travel around manila is by taking a bus. taking a taxi is actually the easiest but taxi drivers might just rip you off. when you do take a bus just make sure you tell the ticket lady where you wanna get off. always keep an eye on your belongings! have a happy trip!
