ALASKA
No guarantees on weather in Alaska. It is also a myth that the seas are
"smooth as glass". 3 out of 10 of my Alaska cruises encountered rough sailing, one trip lasting 3 days. I have most always seen sick passengers on EVERY trip anyway. If prone- take precautions. Also before the inside passage round trip cruises get labled as "safe". All of the above were round trip Vancouver. Seattle departures - most do more open ocean sailing, but look at routes, there are so many ships sailing Alaska now that some are only inside Vancouver Island one way and open ocean the other. |
