You bet! You can help me keep Lloyd out of trouble.

Does anyone know if we are going to have a "meet and greet" place and
time each evening on the Radiance?? I sure hope so!!!!!!!

Me too. Meeting for drinks and conversation before dinner is one of my
favorite parts of a group cruise. I was on the Serenade recently so I
looked around and the Schooner Bar or the Champagne Bar would be good
choices. Actually, the Lobby Bar would be good too except it gets a little
crowded and noisy.

Default GGC2004 happenings+ what are you doing?

The unofficial ad hoc GGC2004 get together lounge will be
announced shortly. We are going to select the best lounge
that will provide us with the best seating space for all who
wish to participate in "after hours" interactions. It will
be announced in the GGC2004 official cruise newsletter which
you will be receiving, prior to embarkation.

If anyone wishes to contribute to the newsletter, now is the
time to do it. Just email it to me.

One further note: Our door decorating contest is alive and
well and Lloyd and Mary have volunteered to help me with the
judging. I am still in need of a few more good men and women
to help us complete this and other exciting event!

This year, instead of putting the Cruise Limericks in the
newsletter, you will be invited to perform them in front of
your fellow cruisers. Get your creative hats on and get
started. Who will be judged to have the best limerick???
Send them to me as I would like to give everyone a copy as a
souvenir.

See you all soon.

Hi Muffin,
Candace and I have no organized tours booked for this GGC, no plans at
all really.........however...........
We kinda want to follow George and LLoyd in Key West IF they will have
us & IF we can keep up?! Ha!
In Grand Caymen we will likely shop within walking distance or we may
stay on the ship this time.
In Cozumel we are up for mini-golfing, and we are defiantly up for a
trip to "Mr Sanchos" most likely followed by a stop at "Carlos &
Charlie's".......and then room service for dinner VBG.
In Roatan we would Love to go to the beach with Becca.
So no REAL "set plans" for us, We just want to soak up the sun as much
as possible and go with our cruise friends wherever they go!
We will have that lunch one day with you and Dennis too I hope!
We had so much fun with the spontaneous "single's contingent" on the GGC
last year that no plan seems like the best plan for us!!!!!!!!

Does anyone know if we are going to have a "meet and greet" place and
time each evening on the Radiance?? I sure hope so!!!!!!!

Terry.........spent yesterday trying on "cruise" clothes YUK.......but
I am ready to GO NOW! We will be there Friday !/23 ready for
HUGS............see you then.......

Default GGC2004........ what are you doing? key west

Hi Lloyd,

Do you know if there are any spots in Key West that you can fish from shore?
I might just bring my casting rig along and spend a couple of hours just
lazing by the sea.

Tobiesold my boat about 2 years ago, but kept lots of my "gear".

will be heading to key west as well and would love to know a great local
place for pie etc!

I left there in 1978, so I suspect most of the places that I was around
are either newly named, or somehow different.

But if I was doing a land vacation in KW, I would probably be offshore
fishing everyday!

Tobie, right from the piers used to be fair fishing. When the wind was
up and the water a bit rougher than I wanted to be out in, we used to
drift fish the harbor.

No real game fish there, but it could be OK for something to do. But
to be honest, there weren't many ships coming into Key West when I
lived there. I don't remember any cruise ship making a stop at all.

The only game fish that I remember being in the harbor were tarpon. I
never saw any except at night and you had to have a spotlight to see
them as they would roll just out of range of your normal running
lights.

I thought about trying to get on a charter boat and go after some
mackeral as this should be season, but I think that would be an
activity and you know I don't do those anymore! G

OK,

Maybe I'll just forget the fishing and Barb and I will just laze along with
you and George, if we're welcome. :-)

Yuk, because of 'closet shrink'? G

I had to get two new formal shirts because of that very thing. I need
to find out what is in that damn closet causing all of this. ;-)

been into a nudie bar in mon... er, years!

Yep, we need a meet 'n greet spot, especially with the scheduled
feedings for dinner. I enjoy meeting each evening with everyone.

The best Key Lime Pie in town in my opinion is at the Blond Giraffe on
Duval Street.
