Will the fuel surcharge return?
The price of a barrel of oil seems to be increasing at least $1 a day.
It's now well over $80. And with the global cooling that seems to be going on this winter, there is no reason to expect this trend not to continue. At what point will a cruise line reinstate the fuel surcharge and then have all the others follow suit? |
