First I want to thank those who responded earlier. I contacted Royal
Olympia and they do not provide transportation.
So I assume that means taxi or super shuttle.
If we need to make a reservation for Super Shuttle, how much time should
I allot for disembarcation?
Any other suggestions that I should explore?

Don't worry about reservations. Just take a taxi. There'll be lots of them
when you disembark and very inexpensive.

OOPS! Disregard my previous post. Didn't notice you said Miami.
