Default London to Paris via Chunnel

What is the actual travel time for this trip? Eurostar says 2hr 15min, but a
friend called them up and was told the actual travel time is 20min

do it in 20 minutes.

Actually you need to be going at a hell of a lick to do it in 2:15.

But Eurostar say they can do it in that time on at least one service a day.

On the other hand there's a 30 minute check-in.

Plus you need to get to the check-in at St P...

yes, she said the time included check-in and check-out.

I can't convince her of this as she said she had ridden the train and the actual
trip only took 20 minutes. strange

I can't convince her of this as she said she had ridden the train and the actual
trip only took 20 minutes. strange


Maybe she talked about (or confused it with) the tunnel itself. It's
just 50 km (30 miles) and thus easily passed in 20 minutes - even though
AFAIK it's more like 30 to 40 minutes.

So why did she call them up? If you are going to tell porkies try to be
plausible. The only strange thing is that anybody took your dumb

Why not just look it up? Not hard to do. 2 hours 15 minutes.
