Default GGC2005 - A Voting Reminder!

As you can see, end of voting is just 5 days away, get your votes in
now!!!!!

thanks

It is time to open the bidding for votes. Check the bids that are
available at http://www.ggc2005.com

Voting is open commencing 6/6/2004 and will finish at Midnite on
6/20/2004.

The rules of voting are :

Time : 2 weeks

1. Only one vote will be counted per person. You will have the
opportunity to change your vote anytime before the deadline, but only
the LAST vote will be counted.

2. The voting is to be done in public via postings to either
rec.travel.cruises or ggc0000 Yahoo mail list. Personal emails, or
communication of any other type will not count as a vote. All votes
should be submitted with a subject line of : GGC2005 VOTE. This will
assist the Navigator in keeping track of voting.

3. Any person who attempts to circumvent this voting process in any way
will be disqualified from the vote.

4. The navigator will tabulate the votes and post the results to rtc
and yahoo groups at the same time she notifies the committee.

5. While all attempts will be made to assure that no counting errors
occur, the Navigator is only human and mistakes could happen. She will
not be held liable for any honest errors.

6. Although the GGC2005 committee respects the right of any participant
on RTC and Yahoo groups to vote, we encourage those who are certain
they will NOT be going on the GGC2005 to refrain from voting. We, and
you, should realize that situations change, but an honest vote, by
people interested in attending, will help ensure another excellent
cruise.

7. If the original vote fails to produce a simple majority (over 50%)
there will be a supplimentary vote for a further 2 weeks, with only the
top two candidates in the running. If this becomes necessary the
results of the supplimentary vote will be final. (results will be
tabulated and posted as in #4 above).
