Default still no answer on alaska question

Mid september we cruise on Serenade of the Seas to Alaska.
Is it wise to book helicopterflights on board the ship or can it easily and
probably much cheaper be done at the harbours? Maybe when you wait for
booking at he harbours you have a chanche that they are sold out so no
flight at all?
Which scenery would you advise me is the most beautiful since we cannot
afford flights everywhe Skagway, Juneau or Ketchikan?

Mid-september you probably won't have too many sellouts? Comparing
prices I didn't find that you save all that much booking right on the
dock, although you might. I think the logic is in Juneau do a
helicopter glacier landing, in Ketchikan do the Misty Fjords
flightseeing, which we did and was totally awesome!

Just returned from my second cruise to Alaska. I agree do a helicopter
glacier landing Juneau , in Ketchikan do the Misty Fjords flightseeing, and
the White Pass RR in Skagway. I booked the flightseeing prior to my trip
with Island Wings (second time) they were great. I booked the helicopter
onboard (day before to make sure of the weather and to be sure we did not
get shut out ) and the RR in port.
