Default Dominican Republic

I think We are looking at the Dominican Republic The prices are just so much
lower than other places.
Anyone have thoughts about the best and worst resorts in Punta Cana?

There is a reason why it's cheaper...the food is not as good as most
other AI's and the ranking system of the hotels is also a bit skewed.
Time and time again, if people don't wish to go to Mexico like Cancun,
they tend to go to Cuba instead of the DR. Either that, or go on a
cruise.

Americans can not go to Cuba.
I am going for the beach and the price.
I have been to Cancun twice and want to go someplace else.

Is Secrets restricted to couples only? The website doesn't mention
anything, but that isn't conclusive. They only say they are
"adults-only", but aren't very specific.

I will add it to my list of adult-only all-inclusives, but I need to
know which category!
