Can batteries be bought in Cuba?

Hi, Can you easily get small appliance batteries in Cuba? Also, can
cell phones be charged from the mains....and do you need special
fittings?

Considering the ongoing US Embargo, you're probably better off bring all
the batteries you'll need with you. Then again if you are staying at an
A. I. in the tourist area, goods and services will be available that are
short for the rest of the population.
