'Fun Ship' Departures From San Diego

PRE- AND POST-CRUISE HOTEL PACKAGES NOW AVAILABLE IN CONJUNCTION WITH
SAN DIEGO "FUN SHIP" CRUISES

MIAMI
Carnival Cruise Lines is offering one and two-night pre- and
post-cruise hotel packages at the elegant San Diego Marriott Hotel &
Marina in conjunction with new "Fun Ship" cruise departures from San
Diego, Calif., beginning this fall.

The hotel packages can be combined with the new eight-day Mexican
Riviera cruise program on the 2,124-passenger Carnival Spirit from
Oct. 16 - April 2, 2005.

This marks the first time Carnival has offered a series of cruises
from this Southern California port. These voyages will feature stops
at three enticing Mexican ports of call -- Acapulco,
Zihuatanejo/Ixtapa and Manzanillo.

Located on the edge of the San Diego Bay, the luxurious waterfront San
Diego Marriott Hotel & Marina features 1,362 rooms, six restaurants
and lounges, a swimming pool, fitness center, tennis courts, salon and
gift shop. The hotel is just minutes away from several popular San
Diego attractions and landmarks, including the Seaport Village, Julian
Historic Town and beautiful beaches, as well as the San Diego
International Airport.

Prices for the one- to two-night land stays range from $113 to $220
per person, based on double occupancy and depending on length of stay.

Carnival is currently accepting reservations for the various hotel
packages and Carnival Spirit cruises from San Diego.
