PSEG is building a solar farm for Jacksonville, Florida's Jacksonville
Electric Authority on 200 acres owned by JEA. When finished the farm will provide enough energy to power 4,600 homes and offset more than 15,000 metric tons of carbon dioxide per year, or the equivalent of planting more than 386,700 trees or taking 2,884 cars off the road. This, at a cost of an extra 20 cents a month to customers bills. |

It is a public utility but they are not in business to lower prices. They are in business to make a profit. To regulate prices you need to go to local regulatory agencies. Most of which have been gutted in the last ten years in the name of less government..... -- Charles |
