Men Fall Overboard on Dutch Apple Cruise

posted: August 4th, 11:55pm) An evening cruise aboard the Dutch Apple
in the Hudson River ended with two men overboard.

According to witnesses, a fight ensued on the Dutch Apple cruise ship
and at approximately 10 o'clock Wednesday evening, two men tumbled into
the Hudson near the UHaul building in Albany's South End.

Police and rescue crews were called to the scene and one of the men was
rescued and taken into custody. As of Wednesday night, police say that
the other man is still at large, but when caught, likely to be charged
