Thanks so much for the very nice pictures of Burma, especially those of
Inle Lake (our day on the lake was mostly cloudy with sporatic rain,
which made our pictures a bit dark.) Our day was spent seeing the
various 'cottage industries' (silk weaving, blacksmithing,
silversmithing, cheroot rolling) and Phaung Daw U Pagoda, but didn't
make it to any of the rotating markets. Perhaps on my next trip to Inle
Lake I'll have to hit the locations you did on the appropriate days. I
enjoyed your market people pictures, especially the three beauties with
the orange checked head coverings, which identifies them as being from
the Pa-O tribe. I'll be looking forward to seeing your future postings
on Burma and Northern Thailand.
