Default Least expensive option for Delhi-Kashmir-Gujarat-Bombay?

I need to cover a few places in India over 2 weeks next year:

Lucknow, Delhi, Srinagar, Ahmedabad/Rajkot, Pune, Mumbai.

Would it be best to try a la carte this, especially with the new
low-fare carriers, or is it better done with a pass?

(There is some flexibility in the list. For example, if necessary I can
do Lucknow-Delhi and Mumbai-Pune by train. Also the order in which I
visit the cities is not too important.)
