Tell this to all the Canadians traipsing over here to get
high quality healthcare will you?

Numbers?

Didn't think so.

It's not rubbish, it's the rule, you either have NHS treatment
or you have private treatment.
Which was exactly the problem wasn't it?

It isn't a problem because it isn't true.
The American hack who wrote what you quoted was lying.

My, my sensitive are we? And such an intelligent response with
absolutely NO proof of anything you said.

I posted an hour before that saying exactly how I know, in the thread
the German guy split off. Rather a lot of money from NHS health board
cheques paid into my girlfriend's bank account is enough proof for me.
An NYT hack didn't know such transactions ever took place? my god what
a surprise.

As usual you are blathering away third-hand neo-con propaganda. Some
of us have first-hand experience.

Which is a pile of ****. These folks got their number:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lies_of_Our_Times
and it hasn't improved any since.

Except when it covers Israel, it's not quite as bad as Murdoch's
Times, but that's like comparing the relative merits of herpes and
genital warts.

yeah, I know. BTW, on one of the other things we have US/Euro flame

the other day and I remembered that flame war, so I looked. They ate
exactly the same as me, well they didnt spill as much, or drink as
much, and they talked too loud, but you know what I mean. I'm gonna
see how Homer Simpson eats and if he doesn't switch, I'm going to
refuse to believe it exists. My Texan friend doesn't do it either.

One of these days, Mike, you'll have to visit the US and see for
yourself. Yes, there are those who don't switch (my US-born husband
eats UK-style) but visit a small-town diner and watch the patrons - most
of them (unless they have foreign accents!) _will_ do the 'switching' thing.

and spoil all the fun! I wouldn't mind doing Yosemite to show Ansel
Adams innumerable sycophants how to take photos :-)
