Default How to reduce your hotel bill when attending a European trade show?

Please let me tell you about an interesting way to book your hotel
accommodation should you attend a European trade show as an exhibitor
or a visitor.

I am yield manager of L.R.I. hotel reservation system for European
trade shows. My company helps exhibitors and visitors to save a lot of
money when booking their hotel room(s) for a trade show taking place in
FRANCE, GERMANY, ITALY, SPAIN, UNITED KINGDOM or in any other European
country.

Exhibitors and visitors are not obliged anymore to book through the
hotel reservation office named by the trade show organizer whose
room-night rates are generally much more expensive than EARLY BOOKING
or IN EXTREMIS rates provided by L.R.I. They are more and more
reluctant to pay a deposit often a long time in advance and to accept
so strict cancellation conditions of the hotel reservation office named
by the trade show organizer.

Exhibitors and visitors enjoy L.R.I. very low hotel rates and they have
just to guarantee their hotel booking with their credit card to get the
hotel confirmation based on very light cancellation conditions.

I look forward to the opportunity of discussing with members of this
hub about the advantages that exhibitors and visitors enjoy when
booking through L.R.I.

In Italy, don't go anywhere near Milan for a start.
