Norwegian Star Questions

Hi all,

We will be taking our first cruise this summer on board the Star to Alaska.
I am trying to find out a little more info on a couple of topics, and
hoping someone here can help. My 12 year old son will be with us. How are
the kids programs and activities? Is there enough to do to keep him from
getting bored over the course of the week? My other question, for now
anyway, is what can you bring on board with you? We could not possibly
drink enough soda in 30 days, much less seven to justify paying for the soda
program. I was thinking about bringing a case of water and soda with us.
Will NCL let us bring it on board? Thanks for the help.
