Default Liberty Of The Seas..... Any Advice/Input???

Hello all,

Booked on 11 Dec 14 sailing to Cozumel. Going with nine (9) others. I usually prefer no more than 1k people to sail with.

Any advice as to what I can expect or should do while aboard? My first place will be the gym and my cabin is just down the way from the library... want to avoid as many of the crowds as possible...

TIA - bo1953

yeah I was the same way until I got on the boat. then I wanted to be
around the people more and more. everyone is just so nice. there is
just a much better class of people that go on cruises I think. sure
there is an asshole or 2 but out of 2-3 thousand people that is
awsome.

1k is alot on a cruise unless you are a big spender and gambler. the
important thing is get a drink card that is if you drink. sneaking
booze on to a cruise is possible but if you are going to bring 1
thousand dollars with you then you really dont need to sneak booze on
there.

I am sorry that I am not famaliar with that boat but I bet it great.
cozumel is a great place to visit and what you do is totally dependent
on what you like. Get a shore excursion, or just rent some scooters
and drive all around the island. I would surely recommend seeing all
that you can. Shore excursions are pretty limited on what you see
because they usually only go to one place, but if that is your thing
then go ahead. I hardly ever go to a beach because there are beaches
all over the usa and you can go there anytime.

being around people is one of the best parts of a cruise. meeting as
many people as I can is usually what I try to do and I have met some
great people on a cruise. The libraries are usually pretty dead so if
you want to be alone that is surely the place to do it.

Hello bill - thank you for the responses. I think you mis-understood about the 1k, it is in reference to passengers and not money. ;-) Sorry that it was not clearer.

I was able to find some information on Cruise Critic but was looking for different input from a different source...

Thank you again and I really do appreciate the input. Tomorrow I will start looking on youtube for something on the ship.

Warmest .. bo1953
