Reactivate misc.transport.air-industry ???
Misc.transport.air-industry is a moderated newsgroup.
Unfortunatly, its designated moderators have all vanished and the group has been disused for quite a few years now. NNTP rules make it a tad hard to hijack such a group from "dead" people, but it has been done before. Would there be any support to get this group working again with a couple of moderators to filter out all the crud ? ( we probably would want to update the charter as well to automatically prohibit excessive cross posting, and anonymous postings that do not have explicit text in the body of the message stating that it is posted anonymously (with no forged username). Comments ? |

Comments ? Other than the cretin who stalks MrTravel and the enemies you make while trolling other newsgroups, you've worked harder than anyone else to make rec.travel.air an off-topic cesspool, JF. Why are you complaining about it now? |
