Default One2Call Thailand: What frequency?

What frequency does One2call work on? Looking for an inexpensive
Cingular phone that will work in the US also.

No such luck. 800 or 1600. You'll need a tri-band to work both in
Thailand and the US.

One-2-Call uses the AIS network, which is mostly 900MHz.

You should plan on getting a tri-band GSM phone to give you the best
coverage if you're going to be using it in more than one country.
