Ahhh, Charles, but that article that you said Fox News put out; they got from the New York Times and Fox was just reporting it. Also the neurosurgeon's warning about eating undercooked pork which leaves you with the parasite that can be spread to others by the person who is infected and does not wash their hands after using the rest room. Since one never knows who has been exposed; washing hands is important on a cruise ship or at home. That way no one else will suffer the same illness. Of course if there have been problems with other dishes there, I'd no longer patronize this restaurant than give up pork. Pork is better for you than white meat chicken. It's easier to digest than chicken if you are having some sort of digestive problem. -- ________ To email me, Edit "blog" from my email address. You get them from walk barefoot on infected soil or from eating something with worms in it such as under cooked pork. Not that it isn't important to wash your hands - just that it's not for THAT reason. As the other articles mentioned - a certain amount of dirt is good for you. Cook any pork well, have your pets dewormed regularly and keep your kids from eating dog poo. |
