NCL Casino - Triple Play Chips - Buy for $10, Get $15 in Chips

Anybody have any experience with this deal on NCL? Brochure says "they
stay in play as long as you win". Question - are winnings from these
chips paid in regular chips that you can cash or some other special chip?
Land based casino's offer promo's, typically to Bus clientele where they
play a special ticket but get paid, if they win in regular chips?

Trying to figure out if NCL's deal is a good chip to buy?

Yeah it's the real deal ... I'm not a big gambler so they lose on me
.... last time i paid the 10 ... got the 15 ... bet 15 on blackjack ...
won 15 put that in my pocket ... won again ... put that in my pocket
.... then lost ... paid $10 got $30 ... then left ...
You can bet it $5 at a time if you wanted to ... just you can;t cash in
the chips they give you ... only your winnings ...

Any limit on how many for $15 for $10 you can buy or is that the limit -
one time buy of $15 for $10 (per passenger)?
